I’m maintaining or actively involved in a number of R packages.

The source code for all are available on Github in various repositories and this page provides an overview.

## Packages

• dataReporter is an R package for documenting and creating reports on data cleanliness. is a package for identification of potential errors in a data frame as part of the data screening process. Data screening is an important first step of any statistical analysis and dataMaid auto generates a customizable data report with thorough summary documentation of the checks and the results that a human can use to identify possible errors.
• DKcpr A package for working with Danish CPR numbers (personal identification numbers), checking their validity, and extracting information from them.
• geeasy
• MESS The MESS package contains a collection of various semi-useful functions that I have written and over the years. There is no real overall theme to the functions in the package.
• MethComp Methods (standard and advanced) for analysis of agreement between measurement methods. These cover Bland-Altman plots, Deming regression, Lin’s Total deviation index, and difference-on-average regression. See Carstensen B. (2010) “Comparing Clinical Measurement Methods: A Practical Guide (Statistics in Practice)” doi:10.1002/9780470683019 for more information.
